Services

Neutral Custody Evaluations typically take 12-16 weeks and begin through appointment by Court Order. This process includes private interviews, collection of collateral and personal references, parent/child observations and when appropriate confidential child interview. A settlement conference will be offered and a full report will be summitted to the Court for the purpose of resolution.

Mediation services are scheduled for 2-3 hours, single or on-going sessions as needed. This service is in compliance with Minnesota Rule 114, as a neutral dispute resolution program. Each parent must agree to engage with mediation and sign an agreement to do so.

Social Early Neutral Evaluations are a male/female team who are Minnesota Rule 114 qualified. This session is scheduled for 4 hours, with evaluative feedback offered.
