Mediator and Custody/Parenting time Evaluator

Nancy has over 23 years of experience as a Custody/Parenting Time Evaluator for the Court system, including provision of mediation services, parenting time supervision services, conducting settlement conferences and providing Court testimony. Nancy also provides Alternative Dispute Resolution such as Social Early Neutral Evaluations. She has worked with over 1,000 families.

Nancy’s Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of St. Thomas/ College of St. Catherine contains an emphasis on family system strengths and developing strong parenting access. Her focus includes maintaining relationships between child(ren) and parents despite separation. Evaluative work is forensic and includes an aggressive alternative to Court, assisting parents with reaching their own resolution and/or minimizing litigation.

Nancy is a Qualified Rule 114 Neutral, certified Social Early Neutral Evaluator, and has access to team consultants, including mental health, chemical dependency, grief and trauma, and children’s special needs. She is committed to professionalism, integrity, and timely services.
